Yumo Yumo is designed to be progressively decentralised. Today, custodianship of canonical product matching, reward issuance, trust-score calibration, and treasury operations rests with Yumo Yumo Inc. Over time, these functions migrate to community-governed structures, with contribution and reward flows routed through the Proof of Contribution rail defined in Vision Paper — Contribution Economy and Token Design. The team earns INT through the same Proof of Contribution rail.

The Vision Paper's four-phase roadmap is the source of truth for the timing of each decentralisation step. This section describes the operating shape of the organisation at the present phase.
